You buy API units with crypto. They top up one shared wallet.
Credit lands only once the payment is confirmed and matched.
Your access number and keys are yours to keep private.
If a provider is down, a request may switch to another channel.
§ 01
What you are buying
edgeycli.com sells weighted API units for its AI workspace, the API at api.edgeycli.com and edgeyCLI.
A top-up adds units to your wallet balance. It does not guarantee access to any specific third-party model or provider, which may change over time.
§ 02
Model routing and fallback
Requests are served through upstream providers. If a provider does not respond or is unavailable, your request may be switched automatically to a different channel serving the same model, so that it can still complete.
Availability, latency and limits can therefore vary between requests. Usage is always billed at the rate of the model you requested.
§ 03
Your account and access number
Your account is identified by a 16-digit access number. There is no email or password, so whoever holds the number can use the account.
Store it somewhere safe and never share it, or your API keys, with anyone, including people claiming to be support.
§ 04
How payment works
Payments are made in the authenticated checkout. You pick an available cryptocurrency and network, and the checkout shows the exact amount, address, network and expiry before you pay.
Your balance is credited only after the payment is confirmed on the network and matched to your order.
§ 05
Partial, wrong or late payments
Payments that are partial, sent after expiry, or sent with a different asset or network cannot be matched automatically. They are reviewed by support.
Always send the exact amount, on the network shown, before the checkout expires.
§ 06
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed one by one. Approved refunds go back to the wallet that sent the payment, where technically and legally possible, minus network or processing costs.

Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest version, which applies to purchases made after it.

For any question about a payment or your account, contact us through the official edgey Discord community listed on the Support page. Never post credentials or private keys.
